Mark Mills is Chief Executive Officer of Cardpoint plc, which he founded in October 1999. Cardpoint supplies Cash Machines and Mobile Phone Top-Up terminals where there are high volumes of people demanding convenience services. These locations include Convenience Stores, Hotels, Motorway Service, Hospitals, Restaurants, Shopping Centres, Cinemas, Train Stations and even Pop Concerts.

Before 1999, Mark had successfully started, developed, acquired and subsequently sold a number of businesses with multiple site operations. The most significant of these was Postal Facilities Ltd, which was sold to More Group UK Ltd and which developed to an estate of 1,200 independent post boxes, situated in petrol stations nationwide.
