Erica Johnson

 

Erica Johnson is the founder of  SimplyCare. After losing her job in a home care company, Erica decided to create her own employment opportunities. In July 2001, with support from the Prince's Trust, she started SimplyCare.

 

Through hard work and determination, Erica has built her business into the largest home care provider in Whitby. She now employs 44 local people providing home care to over 200 clients and recently opened her first Active Day Care Centre. SimplyCare achieved Investor in People status in 2004 and Erica now volunteers as a mentor to two other Prince's Trust supported businesses.
